Nigmegen March 21, 2016

Another cold day in The Netherlands, 53 degrees. I am glad we came to visit in the cold instead of the hot time of year. There are not many tourists here.        Nigmegen is a pedestrian town. Only the residents are allowed to drive their cars in the city proper. They have cafe's that sell marijuana and it is legal. They mix the marijuana with tobacco to lessen the effect of the TLC. Our guide took us inside and showed us how they roll it. Yes, we tried the wacky-tobacky. You know what they say, " when in Rome".
