Bonn March 22, 2016

We did a guided walking tour of Bonn today. It was 43 degrees and overcast most of the day. The scarf Judy bought me in Brussels sure has come in handy with this weather. I took some pictures of historic buildings, but unfortunately I can't remember the names of them. I will have to look them up later or ask someone. This is my first encounter with the German language and their historic places. I suppose I should have paid more attention in my history classes,  but I was young and dumb, never thinking I would someday travel to Germany. I guess I didn't believe I would get here until I actually got here and it is all so overwhelming for me. Anyway, I think everyone in our group is having a good time. We all seem to get on well together.  There is always something to do or see. Of course we all have to take turns watching Judy to make sure she doesn't take off with one of the many bikes.
